Questions
- Do I need a credit card to try Yve?
- Free is free with no card. The 3-day Pro Trial requires a card so we can bill on day 4 if you keep going — that’s the only friction difference. Cancel before day 4 and you’re not charged.
- What happens after the 3-day trial?
- On day 4 your card is charged $29 and you continue on Pro. We send a reminder email 24 hours before the charge so it’s never a surprise. Cancel anytime in settings before the charge to avoid it.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle — you keep Pro access through the end of your current period. For unusual situations, contact support@getyve.com.
- Do you train AI on my work?
- No. We do not train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any AI model using your inputs or your outputs. See the Privacy Policy for the full clause.
- Is my data private?
- Your uploaded notes, chat history, and Polish output are private to your account and isolated by row-level security at the database. We do prohibit Protected Health Information (PHI) per the Acceptable Use Policy— Yve is not HIPAA-compliant and is not a Business Associate, so any clinical examples must be anonymized before they hit the product.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade from Free to Pro anytime. Downgrade from Pro to Free at the end of your current billing period. Changes are prorated.
